I partially blame eBay for taking 4 days to remove this scam. The
current one this guy is running will be going on 3 days tommorrow.

This jerks offers to do sales behind ebays back so I suspect many have got scammed. It does not matter if you got scammed behind or thru eBay as there is little that can be done. His address is MA is probly just an address he used for Western Union, he could be anywhere in the world and out of harms way.

re-alert eBay and the FBI for another quick arrest...

I would rather email the bidders and tell them it is a scam.

Right after eBay closed down his last hijacked auction he simply hijacked another account and did it again. These people have lots of inocent ebay member names and passwords to work with. They are making big money. We only know about one of the auctions, he could have 50 going at the same time

I can't believe it took 3 days again. Hate to think how many got taken again with this scammers "behind eBay" deals.
