At last, a new panorama in the old style

hehe .... not saying more than necessary :-)

Let me guess.

This is a one row panorama. So ... its just to take the pictures fast enough and the fast clouds are not fast enough to move enough between two images.

Regarding the grass in the wind. Autopano Giga will take care of some movements. But it might miss. And then you have to do some manual editing.

Yes. A lot.

That is the problem of taking"bites," which are too large.

And yes, Autopano Giga takes care of a lot. But I have yet to find the Enhanced Manual Editing button.

You really have to view this photo full sized to appreciate it.

The detail is extraordinary, and the stitching is almost invisible.

Well done!

what do you reckon the angle of view is on this,

Hi Mike,

From what I can sort of figure out, it must be about 90° plus. But that is a very rough guess. Things look very different from above on Google Maps, and unfortunately, I have forgotten exactly where that fence is. Two years too much too.

There is something wrong with the full size pano link...I just see a vertical line a few pixels wide!
Hi Alf,

I am not seeing this. Could you be more specific?

Yes, here is a screen cap of what I see:

I certainly do not see that. Do you get that when you click on anything at pbase or just that image?
