Canon PowerShot S100 (Digital IXUS) review

Purchased the s100 for home use, to take pictures of my new dog. The pictures are excellent, i was awed. The color is exactly what you see is what you get. The stainless steel over-lay body is extremely durable and beautiful. The lcd screen is awesome and if you touch it, it doesn't leave smudge prints. Battery life is great and the usb download is extremely fast...i was surprised hear also. Shutter speed is awesome too. 8 mb flash is plenty for my purpose, however, if you want to take it on vacation or hiking, get a 32 mb and save the 8mb for backup. The lens has the automatic shutter cover that covers it upon power down, so you have no dangling lens caps to hender you. The software is excellent too: adobe photo deluxe. Great little camera, great little price.

Problems:

I didn't encounter a single problem, other than installing the usb driver which was easy after i read the book.
