Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F505V review

Excellent image quality and colour reproduction. Sony's menu system is easy to use and contains many good, useful features. Swivel lens lets you take some great low shots or otherwise impossible shots and will show itself next time you want to take shots round corners or under bridges or the like. LCD display always clear and good quality, but can be too dark in some conditions (very bright sunlight or in dark restaurants but brightness can be adjusted). Zoom lens very useful at times. Overall the only problem I have had is the batteries dieing early because they are 2 years old now, other than that I cannot really fault the camera.

Sometimes it struggles to autofocus in macro mode, but manual override solves the problem.
2yr old batteries lie to you in terms of remaining time left. I guess this is just the battery life rather than the camera though.
