Bought it a week ago, around 2500 photos in all conditions (sun, night, concert, overcast, macro, super macro (superb bokeh for P&S camera)), no problems or major complaints so far...
Very nice peace of equipment:
- zoom wide and long (WOW), some fringing is visible but far from being a problem;
- great IS even on longer end of the zoom;
- AA powered, believe it or not, 889 photos and videos with Panasonic alkaline from the box (more than 70 using flash, 20 HD videos, continuous focus turned off, shoot only IS), NiMH much better than that;
- built-in flash is amazing, some red eye on long end of the zoom on distant portraits, more than bearable recycle times on half empty NiMH's;
- nice grip and control placement, I have a long fingers and it took some time to get accommodate, if you carry a lens hood backwards on your SX20, your fingers can get stuck during automatic lens retract;
- all-mighty flexible LCD display;
- nice set of features (focus bracketing for HDOF photos :-));
- very good HD video, very nice stereo sound (you have to get far from bass guitar and drums if you are recording on automatic sound settings);
- very good pictures in comparison with other P&S cameras up to ISO 800, some expected N/R smearing visible...

Problems:

Just a few glitches:
- some focus hunting in very poor lighting;
- lens could be a bit faster;
- connector flaps/doors are a little bit too soft;
- no RAW (hope that CHDK guys will port it soon :-));
