10D back f/Irvine

I got my 10D back from Irvine today. I had sent it in because it back focused. This was the second time I had sent it in. I sent it Monday the 28th of April, so that's half the time they took the first time

I immediately tested it. Here are a couple :

I think it's not fair, I dropped off mine on the same day and don't have it back.

They seem to be in focus. How did they look like before the repair?
what's the test condition?

Congrats. Definitely no backfocussing however it is hard to tell if it is front focussing slightly. If it is not then great! if it is, I would not be bothered too much, it's pretty sharp. I'm still waiting for mine.

Yup, I'm pretty happy with it too. I did some front focus tests, but
it wasn't significant.

Well, it wasn't that bad before I sent it in this last time :

but before the first time it was pretty bad, though I don't have test shots for then.

I should try the same set of tests - esp. since the closer ones weren't that bad before either.
It seemed to start back focussing at 23" or so.

I'm pretty happy with the way it is now, but I'll see what it's like tomorrow at 23"+, just for curiousity's sake.
