>>>Saturday B&W Thread - 12/8/2012>>>

Excellent! These are soooo Cool! Love how the flying bird enters the scene in the first. And the surrealness of the second - like its a scene from SciFi future. Thanks for sharing these.

Rick

Good image Dez, I like the composition, the angles work really well - as does the B&W. Stuart

Good shot Lee, those clouds look like they may be holding a tad of moisture. Stuart

Came out well Max, The X10 is an impressive piece of engineering - I could be tempted to the dark side :) Stuart

Good image Peg. I like the way the main subject is pin sharp and the sea fades into a blur. Not sure who the chap is but he reminds me of a plumber I once employed :) Stuart

PS - I'm assuming you have the same expression as in the UK - Plumber's bottom...

Well spotted Trafford. I'd say that was a Cheshire cat but it looks more like Jarlesberg ;) Stuart

Wonderful, crisp image Frank. That a magnificent hunting bird. Stuart

Nice view Susan. Both work well, though the B&W appeals more to me. Stuart

OOOh la la Rick. Are sure this was Dickens and not Paris :) Stuart

Good shot Michel. A tranquil scene. Stuart

Wow, that's some Magpie, not quite what I was expecting. Well spotted and captured skimble. Stuart

Interesting images Jim - the Sage is a wonderful building. Mind, that pease pudding takes some washing off. Stuart

Love the composition and range of tones/light Bruno. Stuart

That's a very interesting bit of physiognomy - works very well in B&W. Stuart

Interesting looking view Bruno, nicely converted :)
