A night out with the Sydney Street Photography meetup group proved a great first outing with my new FujiFilm X-E1 and the XF-35mm/f1.4. Shooting mostly at f1.4 and 1/125 second, I used auto ISO up to 6400 ISO. The low light capabilities of this camera make it excellent for night photography without a flash.

first 3 very nice. AT this point, I am living vicariously through every x-e1 photo post. The exposure on these really gives me a sense that isn't found in a great many digital photos. It warms the 1's and 0's of my modern photographic heart.

Being able to shoot up to ISO6400, in such a small camera, and be happy - good times!

I love the last one.

Thanks, guys.

We got some strange reactions when we were hanging out around a 1920's style club with our cameras. Apparently, Ashton Kutcher was in town, and lots of passers-by thought we were the paparazzi.
