Has anyone tried doing a caricature in Photoshop with any success? Making it into a drawing would be simple enough, but to get the exaggerated features may be a problem. I've been asked by someone to do one, so I guess I'll be experimenting and would appreciate anyone's ideas and suggestions. Here's a page with an example of what I'm talking about:

The Liquify Filter tool can exaggerate features. I am not an artist but I have made some portraits look strange with the Liquify filter. Could be worth a try.

That's along the same lines that I'm thinking Gary. I may actually have to freehand the body to get the look I want.....

I'm suppose to get a picture to work from in the next few days so I'll post something once I get started.

Barry, I've done a caricature of a friend in Photoshop, but this started out as a pencil caricature which was then scanned to provide a template for the Photoshop work.

If you want to achieve a style similar to that Clinton-Elvis image, be prepared to spend a long time using masks and the airbrush tool. Oh, and for good caricatures, you'll need to rely more on your skill as an artist rather than various special effects tool in Photoshop (e.g. liquify, pinch, spherize etc).
