Do any of you suffer from this? I think I'm going insane. I went through and re-retouched a large number of my photos in my landscape gallery. I had already done the same a month ago! i looked at them again and thought "gee I can get the color balance better on these ones" and "gee, I got too agressive with contrast on these ones" and "i could put a gradient mask on this one to balance this one out a bit more" and so on. As I continue to develop my skills at photoshop, i wonder if i'll keep coming back to the more challenging pictures and try tweaking them anew.

Have I lost my mind? I am pleased with the results...at least for now!

I find when looking at photos hanging on someones wall, I start planning approaches to fixing them up.

Feivel,

It's when you take a picture of the picture on the wall, and go home and edit it is when you have a problem...lol

My problem is a little different, I find myself totally addicted to this forum. I spend hours reading all the posts, afraid I might miss something, then I finally get around to printing all the fantastic tutorials, but I don't seem to get to learning anything cause I can't stay away from here! What I need to do is get my butt out of this forum and into PS and practice what I've been printing! lol

Great landscape photos!

Cheers,
Ingrid

Ingrid:

You have expressed my feelings exactly. Between this forum and the Nilon Talk forum I have learned an awful lot - but I have yet to put the knowledge to practical use. I, too, must get my butt in gear and practice, practice and practice!!!. Further, I need to express my sincere thanks to the many wonderful forum members who have taken the time and who have the concern and interest to share their knowledge with us newbies.

Cordially,
Tom James

I agree with you Tom, the folks on here are just fantastic, and so brilliant! Maybe if they were a little less nice and a little less helpful, we might actually get around to practicing what they're trying to teach us! lol They all feel like family to me and I thank them all
