I have to say, you really have very good memory.
The reason why I waited for such a long time to send the camera
back to Fuji for repairing, is that in spite of the some (many)
blurred pictures, I did get some sharp pictures. Such as:

and

I thought that it was because of my Nikon 28-70 3.5D lens did not
work well with the new Nikon focus system. Then I bought one 24-85
EDAF-S 3.5-4.5G lens. At beginning, things seemed to be ok, less
out-of-fucus pictures. But the blurred pictures become more and
more. Now it has so series that on Thursday evening, I shot for the
whole evening 125 pictures, and got only one sharp picture
http://www.pbase.com/image/15355525 . All the other pictures (both
with 24-85mm and 24mm lens) are like this:

Some are even much worse, unacceptably blurred.
I got really frustrated and need to send the camera to Fuji for
repairing next week.

Sorry about not noticing you said fixed lens. I knew you had the
24-85 AFS so I assumed you were using that.
I'd contact Fuji support if you aren't happy.
Have you tried shooting on a tripod, indoors, on a hard surface,
using the self-timer to avoid all possible camera shake?
Good luck,
Teski
I mentioned I was using a fixed focus lens, not a zoom lens. Look
at this picture with the aperture of 8, the same, out of focus.

Even when I use aperture 11 with flash, the picture is not sharp
either.

I try different lens, the result is always the same. No of my flash
pictures is sharp. I think my S2 pro got a serious focus problem. I
need to send it back to Fuji for repair.
Try stopping the lens down to f/8 and see what you get.
