I believe the rebate on the Viking card (which I think is 8x) ends 4-15. The Lexar 256 MB that has a $20 rebate is 12x, has a lifetime warranty (vs. 5 yr. for Viking), and is $41.99 after rebate from http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10316634&loc=101I just ordered one of the 256 MB Vicking cards for $37 after rebateViking 256MB CompactFlash Card on sale for $37.49 after rebates.

I've been using a couple of Viking 128 MB cards with no problems, but I bought the Lexar 256 because of the better warranty and fewer reported problems. The Minoltas can't take advantage of the latest and fastest cards anyway.
