I didn't say nude 'human'!

Closest shot of an Alligator's tonsils I've ever seen. Naturally, the 'Gator has no clothes on.

Just a little tongue-in-cheek post to lighten the latest fire-storm about nudity.

Canon 1D, Sigma 50-500, Florida Everglades, Anhinga Trail, wild alligator who opened his mouth slowly, just as I began to photograph him.

If I was any closer to that 'Gator, I'd be visiting the other end in a few days, as well!

I hope that the alligator is in a zoo somewhere and not one of those in your backyard shots! Nice shot by the way.

excellent wildlife shot. nice color reproduction.

i think your post title may have scared alot of people away from clicking on the pic, hence the lack of reaction.

I've been pursuaded that sometimes nudity is overdone. In this case I believe an appropriate piece of clothing, maybe, say an undergarment (boxer shorts, ala Kalvin Klein) would go a long way to making this 'gator more, how shall I say, enticing. This is good work though and I don't want to put a damper on your enthusiasm. I might add however, this model, though well-lit, is somewhat stiff. Possibly you could try a few more poses and a lot more shots. This would take some of the tension out of the session. Possibly some soft music while you shoot. Oh, and I'm adding this from my work with CEOs of major corporations: you might want to keep something on the set which tastes and smells like chicken, and moves slower than you do. Something to sort of distract the model.

Enough already. This is a wonderful shot. If you get banned for not putting the word WARNING in your header, can I have your camera?

Or, rather, the title may have encouraged lots of people to click on it, but then discouraged them from proving that they had done so by responding to it.
