One poster keeps his in a cigarette pack. There may even be room for some smokes along with the camera.

But.... they're curiously strong... and they told us you guys love them... ;-)
Actually... they're quite good.
I'd get an actual camera case... that might protect it a little if it fell.

Your research is faulty. My girlfriend bought me a box at the weekend, from a petrol station in Upton-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

The bottom of the tin says they're made by Callard and Bowser, PO Box 1767, Cheltenham GL50 3ZQ.

cheers

If you are in the USA there is a company called "CandyWarehouse" that stocks Callard & Bowser products.

The only slight problem is that you would have to buy a pack of 12 tins of sweets!!

You could always try asking them if there is a stockist local to your area.

I just traded my Optio in for the Canon S400. I am heart-broken. The Optio is the neatest camera ever. In the end though I needed better picture quality. Anyway I bought a tin of Altoids for it, now it is a sad reminder of the coolest camera ever, I used to own. E-mail me your address and I will send you the tin. [email protected]

It would appear that Altoids are available at any 7-11 or other conveniance store in the U.S. Obviously no one hear still shoots film and had to drop in for an emergency roll to notice this.

It would appear that Altoids are available both in the USA and also
Canada.

you can buy Marks & Spencer "Curiously Strong Mints" at branches in the UK. 100-1 says they're actually re-branded Altoids mints...

Most probably found near (or on, literally) the check-outs.

I would appreciate that:

Still no joy finding them in the UK even if I scour the local sweet shops! :(
