Arnie,
Nicely done! Is it available everywhere or just by subscription?

The cover looks very sharp and contrasty. I once did a cover for Parade Magazine (pre-digital days) and was very disappointed with the reproduction.

Congrats!

Hi Arnie,

A very hearty "Way to GO!" to you. It must feel hugely satisfying to see your work on the cover.

Excellent!

Thanks for calling our attention to it.

Best wishes,

David

Can you tell us something more about it - what lense you are
using, any or what type of flash using, WB etc Thanks

fanandie
The lense is a Nikon 18-35. Two Nikon SB-28DX's strobes with the light bounced off umbrella's. The second strobe was behind the wall. Pocket wizard were used to fire strobes. Exposure was manual - readings taken with a Sekonic L-608C. White balance was auto. ISO 400. Hard sharpness.

Thanks for posting. Interesting that you used hard in camera sharpenning, it really seems to do the job quite well, and that 18-35 sure delivered.....Peter

Thanks for all the nice comments. I had done a bunch of tests on my S1 and liked the results from hard sharpness. When I discussed this with Fuji they agreed. I would use normal sharpness for a portrait but hard works well for aerial photography and also seem to work well for interiors.

Thanks again.
