Just recieved this message from Dell in my email. I ordered within the first 2 hours of the original Dell thread on this forum.

After reviewing the records I show that we will not be able
to ship your order until 04/16/2003. We apologize for this
inconvenience, and are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. As always, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling 1-800-449- 3355 (extension: - 62470) and we will promptly process a refund for your order. Alternately, you may place an order for a substitute product.
