Holy Schnikees!

I filled up yesterday for only 1.64 and thought it was high.

Yikes.

--Wow I wish diesel was the cheapest grade in the Pacific Northwest it sells for what the premium is selling for, I saw in the news last night a place in CA was charging nearly $4 a gal. Nice picture just the same.

Ah, life in California ...

A few weeks ago in the LA Times there was a picture of a gas station on Mountain View (NorCal), where the gas prices were something like:

Regular: $2.21
Plus: ARM
Premium: LEG

You guys shouldn't complain so much. We've been paying those prices a long time -- down here IN MEXICO!!!!! It felt like a savings to me while just on a vacation to the States and only had to pay about $2.00/gal. LOL
Still hurts tho, I know.

Just wait till some of us poor Europeans joins the bandwagon and jumps in to boast with some of his own pictures. The minimum you might be expected to pay these days in any of the EU countries would be just below double of what is shown on your photo, and quite often, and in some countries always, prices for the four different grades might be WELL OVER DOUBLE of what you seem to be complaining about!

Enjoy for as long as things stay as they are!

Here in AK we have communities like Barrow where gas is in the $3.20 a gallon range. I think there are other communities with even higher prices. I've paid $5.00 gallon for milk. Want some cheese with your whine? :) :) :)

About the same here in northern CAL. Good to know we aren't alone :(. My husband just returned from Sacramento where he said he saw a full serve station with $305.9 for regular!
