Just checked my order!!
It has the magical "In stock and Reserved" instead of a date.
That means it is shipping tomorrow!!

I was an early orderer - i converted a D60 order to a 10D!!

nope...mine is showing ship date of 4/12...I ordered on 3/2 :(

I don't really need it for a couple of weeks though. Around 3/27 or so is fine right now.

May try other sites if they don't ship, or just let it go for a bit. Wish I had ordered with a store I like ;> ) I was tired, did it at 2 or 3 am, too busy to order elsewhere at the time.

Just checked, mine still says expected to ship on 4/3/03. I ordered on 2/27 (don't remember what time). I called today and they acted clueless, like they had no idea when any camera's would come in.

My order date is 2/19.
Order number starts 75xxxx

I ordered a week before the D10 came out - it was a D60 order. There were 90 people who had ordered the D60 after it was discontinued but before Ritz was officially notified. Those orders were converted to 10D orders if the person wanted it.

My order was 4/03 up until about an hour ago and then the order status changed.
I have not received any email or anything from them since then.

I called today when I heard that the shipment came in to try to find how many they got. I just called back to change to overnight delivery, hoping that I am in the first batch(ordered early on 2/27) and the guy said that no shipment had arrived. He seemed to get a little tiffed that I was told a shipment came in. I told him about Ritz posting here that a shipment had arrived and about koalafarm's order status changing but he stuck to his guns that no shipment had come in.

Is it SOP over there to give a different answer every time someone calls?

I know I am going to get my camera soon but the lack of information or mis- information coming from Ritz is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

checked twice today with them. last time twenty minutes ago. the guys there seem a bit tired of dpreviers ;) but still same stuff:

1. they have NOT received any shipment as of today

2. guy said that as soon as they receive the first shipment they will fill all of the outstanding orders (weird!)
3. the only thing they say is that it should be by the end of the month.

very disappointing...

They probably only got like 10.

Mine still say in stock and reserved.
Maybe they only did this for those that had preordered the D60

Getting a little worried

I wouldn't believe the Ritz guy who said all orders would be filled since they don't know how many they will get.

I miss CameraWorld!

I don't need the camera for a couple of weeks. I will probably cancel tomorrow if they don't ship today. I am leaving next Thursday and won't be home to receive it anyway.

Don't think my cancelling will help any of you though, I didn't order until 3/2. Sounds like they are still working on their D60 backlog of 90 orders.

How many did B&H ship yesterday? They cleared their origional orders.

Maybe orders are being processed in the order they were recieved and in fact they do have pallets and pallets of these things waiting to be processed. Just trying to throw some sunshine into your i@!@!$#!(&!%)!#$%!&#! World! :)
