You must be kidding! When did anyone ever get a useful answer from technical support for any product? (with the notable exception of author-supported shareware such as iMatch).I'm a registered user of ACDSee 5.0
Did anyone managto get some answers from ACDSee support (apart the
automatic ones)?

Sorry to hear about your experiences to the contrary.

Based upon the glowing dpreview review of ACDSee 5.0, I downloaded the evaluation program. After one initial success at downloading images from my Canon G2, all subsequent attempts served only to lock up the entire program. Tried the tech support e-mail and received a prompt automatic support but the followup appeared to also be an automated response and did not at all address my problem. I actually think IMatch is easier to use.I'm a registered user of ACDSee 5.0

I've always gotten prompt and helpful responses from ACDSee. I'm
on my computer at work now, but if memory serves me correctly, I've
gotten my responses from a gentleman named Chris Corbett. The
fixes have been right on the money.
