Quick pic taken with on camera fillflash.

Main light is large window behind me, Nikon SB80 with softening cone attached gives fill. Warm light is from fluorescents from makeup mirror. Auto WB.

Not bad at all. The one thing that leaps out at me is the difference between the two kinds of light. The hair/rim lighting is quite warm, where as the side ( her right, our left ) illuminated by your flash appears very cool.
I'd like to see a balance between them.

Looks great. I like the lighting. The different color light is not an issue to me at all. I looked at your other shots of Alexa. Very nice look and feel.

Nice, one, Juuso. I too like the two different light temperatures; they give the image an extra dimension. Are you sure that's fluorescent and not tungsten coming off the mirror? I thought fluorescent made things go green (mind you, I usually shoot black and white, so I'm no expert on that sort of thing). Anyway, it's got good composition, mood, a little bit of mystery...best picture I've seen on here for some time. Do more.
