shipping to europe

Does anyone know if there are other stores besides
http://infinitycameras.com/ where I can ship my camera to Europe?
have a look at

http://www01.bhphotovideo.com/default.sph/FrameWork.class?FNC=StartLink__Aindex_html

but where is the saving? You have to pay VAT in Europe, so rough 20 %, Custom 6,7 %, the Credit-Card-Organisation charge 1 % more, the shipping cost. If you have a trick, that the gear is cheaper with all the extra charges, please let us know.

Just today I received a wideangle adaptor for my Coolpix 995 from Henry´s in Canada. I bought it via ebay auction a fortnight ago.

Including VAT, shipping and toll, it was still about half the price of what the store price is around here.

It depends on the toll for a specific conusmer area if it is worth it or not. It´s also worth considering the ecological footprint of a camera shipping from china to Canada, and then to Denmark.. At least I think so.

Good luck!

In the US a camera cost €500 +30%tax+ €100€ sipping =€750. The same camera in Belgium will cost €1000. But I will lose the warranty d. So I’m not so sure what is the best chose.

It is not only difficult to get shipping to Europe. I travel to US twice each year, but it was not posible for me to buy from the Internet dealers, they will not ship to your hotel adress.

You can still save money by bying from ordinary shops in the us, but if you could by from the internet you would save more.

Buying on the streets in New York still gives a lot of savings. Buying a high end prosumer camera with acessories can almost save you as must as the ticket to New York.

Springtime in New York is not that bad.

Sorry for the late response I was on a holyday. I’m probably going to get a PowerShot S45. But whare to get it?
Belgium is way to expensive around 900€.
The Nederland’s(only a few kilometers from my house) around 600€.

But in Europe Germany is the cheapest whit only 500€. After some searching I fond http://www.carstereocomponents.de . The shop is pretty cheap only 496 € and ships to Belguim. Is it a good choice?
Starlock,

what camera you are looking for and waht price is in USA?
