Yep...you have to hand it to steve for breaking that USB 2.0 story!!! How very bad of CNN, ZDNET, The Register, and even the AP for flagrantly plagerizing steve's article!!!

heh.. this was in responce to the post:

I noticed that on Phil's news section today, there are two items (the USB story and the Coolpix "pack" story) that appeared on Steve's Digicams several days ago. Phil, it is very unprofessional to not mention the source of your material.

Just because another site posts something dosen't mean it came from Steve.

Uhhh, Phil, Andy was supporting you with his sarcasm :) He just clicked the wrong "post" choice so posted a followup to indicate that it belonged in the other thread.

Thanks Don! :) I guess I sort of shot myself in the foot on this one (posting a new thread) I was quite offended by the original post that insinuated that Phil had ripped off Steve's (equally excellent) site. Steve's great and all, but he gets his stories from many of the same sources as Phil does. Sometimes helpful readers even alert these sysops of hot news stories! (wink)
