Question:

I'm about to take some pictures and we have about 4" of snow right now.

Does anyone recommend some settings for this?

Thanks :)

Nice first effort.
A couple of things to try in the future.

I have a friend who is a wholesale florist and he takes many many flower pictures for business use. He suggested that I should mist some water onto the flower before taking the picture. Any sprayer will work just set it for a fine spray so you don't get a stream and damage the flower. Gives a nice fresh, dewy look to the picture.

Maybe a f-stop higher, so the DOF is a little deeper. Yours was pretty close, only some softness around the edge of the flower. DOF is always a problem with macro, johann707 and I were talking about it on another thread, check out his scorpion.

Again, great first effort.
