These were taken down the road from home.
The frosty image was in July after a -8°C night, the others more recent.
I think the final image's softness stems from dew settling on the lens.
Lens used either sigma 10-20 3.5 or Pentax 18-250

All images captured with 5 metres of one another at Dangars Lagoon, Uralla, NSW, Australia.

Loved 'em! You caught a shooting star in one picture!

A word is worth 1/1000th of a picture... Maybe that's why I use so many words!

Thanks Jeff

In that same image you can see the southern cross (the constellation on the Australian Flag). It shows up best in the reflection, to the lower left of the tree, on its side
Perhaps you need to know what to look for ;)

Thanks...

Thanks...

Several of these look like they were taken at the same location, have you thought about merging them to produce (for example) the winter shot with the star field in the background? I did something similar to get a pano that went from a summer lake to a winter lake a few years back (came out beautifully @ 30x20")

Great shots!

I really like what you are doing but I find in some of the shots the tree on the right being cut a bit, distracting to the shot/compositon. Maybe a crop that takes it out completely could work?

Thanks, and a fair comment. I don't mind it... beauty is in the eye of the beholder ;) H
