What LR4 import settings using for your OM-D EM-5?

I am particularly interested to know what noise reduction settings OM-D EM-5 owners use as a default when importing RAW images into Lightroom. And then how far do you go depending on individual ISO settings? Also, do you set your exposure and contrast settings to 0 ? Any other settings would help guide me.

For noise reduction in particular I wouldn't apply any amount on import, it will simply hide detail for most normal images. I would also do the same for exposure and contrast as these are parameters which should be set on a per image basis, especially exposure which I would hope to get right when I took the shot.

Seems strange to me because it appears to me there is rather a lot of noise, particularly in the shadows even at ISO 200.
