What is your favourite subject to take pictures of? I can't stop photographing my son. Let's make this a thread where you post your favourite subject. Ideally subjects you keep revisiting. It can be anything, a person a place an object, err no not a cat!

I'll start:

And a little outtake shot where he found the lens cap tasty:

Let's see your pictures people...

I really hate threads where a stealth subject title is used to get people to look at someone's baby snaps. If you have to post pictures of your baby on an equipment forum at least have the decency to have the subject title say so.

I'm not sure why you needed to use Japanese in your title. Last time I checked, all kinds of people take pictures for all kinds of reasons.

That's right.

But did you hear about the Japanese tour bus that was hijacked in New York last year? Yea the guy got away, but not to worry, they have about 3000 photos of the guy.

Don't stop there, let's make stereo typical comments and jokes about blacks, Jews, women, gays!

I wasn't referring to your title but the joke just above my post. But since you brought it up, that song by the Vapors is tasteless and offensive as well, but if most non-minorities think its ok then it has to be ok.

I'm not Japanese, but your title is basically a racial stereotype about Japanese (or Asian) people.

It's racist.

Robin Casady,

I hate it when people who 'hate threads' can afford to think they are so much better that they can dictate their will.

You don't like it, be polite, and make constructive objections. Otherwise move over and let those who don't agree with your teeny tiny mindset alone. On top of that, I would take a bet that you are the type of person who wants to project an image of tolerance to the rest of the world. All fake but you probably don't even realize it yourself...

I actually like that someone has an original idea for a thread :) and I am looking forward to the pictures

Btw, don't want to offend anyone but I heard rumors japanese people invented the D4 and D800

Well, I'm black and my wife is Korean so there ya' go, we both enjoy life to the fullest and laugh at each other's cultural norms. Some people have become way too PC. Love life, love the people you pass along the way and laugh at times at how different and yet similar we all are underneath.

Celebrating differences is one thing but ridiculing differences at a cultures expense is another.

Thankyou!

A man who ruled Germany thought the allies we're too PC, a group wearing white robes thought that MLK, JFK and the civil rights movement were too PC, the most powerful military in the free world thought (and still thinks to a degree) gays and women were too PC. I'm sure they all thought they were right and people were just being too sensitive and PC as well.
