Sent to me for retouch. Photographer didn't use fill flash. Here is the original...have at it.

Thanks, Allen. Nice retouch as usual. I like the shallow DOF treatment, skin smoothing, teeth whitening, eye brightening, and color. :P Do you think that brightening the orbits just a little more might help?

Beautiful retouch! I really like the skin treatment with enough preserved texture, eye treatment, and saturation. Thanks. :P

Thank you for posting, there hasn't been much retouching on the retouching forum :(

You surprise me the most when you do a "conventional" retouch. Nice job, Lyle. :P I brightened the eyes and orbits in my attempt.

Heh. That's kind of what I was thinking. I'm actually quite blown away by lyle's retouch for that reason. I'm so used to seeing such strange stuff from him... and to see this is just amazing. I'm being honest here, but I think lyle did the best retouch so far out of everyone including yourself. I wish lyle would do more like this. I really like his work on this one.

I still do wacky stuff too; just not here. lol

Was going to do an illustration, but was more in the mood to do a photo-enhancement at the end for this wonderful looking lady. This one just wanted a darker background imo so I used Unplugged's Effects> Inkrubber to help with that (does a good job with darkening the Greens and Blues). :)
