A few from my second batch off of my x100, all snatched on my way to work in Newcastle (the one is NE England...).

It's all about having it with you when you need it ;o)

I've been wanting to catch these daredevil window cleaners at it for a while;

It's a pity that I didn't spot this graffiti wall art in time to snap this for the Jubilee, I called this White Van M'am but I suspect that's a joke that'll only work in the UK?

I caught it with a bike too and really liked that shot but then when I did the van one in b&w prefer the drama of it (and the joke). It was really pedestrians that I wanted but no one was walking that way, happy with these all the same.

LOVE this set, particularly 1 and 3. I too miss the joke of the white van, but the colors and the framing are why I prefer the last shot to the B&W version...dramatic stuff.

Was tempted to sell my little X100 when I got my 5dIII, but am always so thrilled to be able to have it in my pocket I haven't been able to part with it yet :)

Thanks for sharing!

Great photos. I lived on Teesside for many years, and spent a lot of time in Newcastle, so these bring back great memories.

You've post-processed them very well, too.

Charlie......The 2nd and 3rd pic are very nice...........Very cool captures !

Excellent shots. So good to see thoughtful, creative compositions and tasteful post processing with this camera on this website.

I would have cloned out the seagulls but that's just me. :) Very good all the same.

Once again proven it is not just the equipment. Ask not what the camera can do for you but what you can do for your camera!

Very high quality images.

Great series. Really enjoyed them

Bloody magic. All of them.

Agree with Norman Young:

Except his feelings about the seagulls. I'd keep them in.

And I thought the "white van ma'am" pun was good too!
