I have always liked to capture shots of the hibiscus. Well, besides the attractive colours they can be easily found throughout Asia. Here are several pics taken sometime in the past year or so. The first was taken with the C875 and the rest with E500, which unfortunately stopped working:

Lim, your Kodak did a great job on that flower..top notch and especially for a p&sh. And your photos with the Olympus are stunning..razor sharp, great color, and nice composition. Maybe the Oly has the Kodak sensor? Some of the Oly cams do indeed use them. Thanks for posting.

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for looking. Do post your pictures so that we can take a look at the varieties in your part of the world:-)

Lim
Hi Lim, we have some beautiful varieties here in Belize also, and I too love to take shots of them. These are well done and I especially like the C875 shot.

Hi Sactojim,

Thanks for your kind words. Yes, the Oly E500 uses the Kodak sensor.

Very nice hibiscus, Lim. Sharp, well framed and lovely colors.
I like them all but my favorite is the first one.
