Under View> Display options there are many options for the display in Irfanview. It shouldn’t open in full screen view without the file menu and toolbars, but if it does just hit the Esc key and it should return to the normal view. The batch conversion works fine regardless of the display as long as you can get to the file menu.

Under File> Batch Conversion/Rename check advanced options and check grayscale and rotate right. Browse to the folder with your images and “add all”. Browse to the folder you want to save the converted images in and click “start”.

Infanview is a good free tool. but it can not do some complex batch process like rotate, grayscale, Another tools can do most of the process(image size, level, grayscale, rotate, saturate adjust, brightness & contrast, add frame, and so on...) is Turbo Photo:

IrfanView will indeed do all of that (and more) in batch mode except "add frame" - whatever that is.

I download the newest 3.75, but I can't found batch resize or other edit batch function, only resize one photo or edit one photo.

Can you tell me how to do batch resize/level/... in InfanView? Thanks?

Under Batch conversion/Rename in the "Work as" section, make sure "Batch conversion" is selected, otherwise the Advanced tab is (quite reasonably) unavailable. I believe it comes up as "Batch rename" by default the first time you use it.
