Deos anyone else has GPS issues on Sony hx200v -- no gps signal

I tried it outdoors in open spaces but no luck...just wondering if anyone else has have the same issue. BTW i did turn on the GPS and also tried resetting the camera...no luck!
 
I have the Hx100V similar, no real probs, guess it is hit and miss with the GPS signal at times :D

Thanks much for pointer to load the GPS files. I loaded the file, however my GPS does not show any other thing than 'no GPS signal'. I did let it sit outside for more than 20+ min but no change. Kind of frustrating that i will not be able to use the GPS feature in my upcoming vaccation.
 
Mine is working fine, both outdoors and in urban areas (but not inside buildings).
 
So which do you see?

That is what I see in the house but if I go outside I see the sattillite thing and bars trying to get the signal till they get it. Sounds like you have a bum camera? The gps sensor is on left side of the camera on top in line with the microphone.
