Guess the place, Part 58

What is the name of the nice little NZ bay in the foreground with the little cluster of buildings?

(BTW, there may be a little pun/clue within the question wording).

Max.

That's BIG Bay, Max.....with Cornwallis on the peninsula across Manukau Harbor to the right. I imagine that's a view frequently seen from aircraft departing Auckland International to the west.

….or approaching from the West, quite right. BIG Bay it is!

Over to you.

The Gershwin Hotel, 7 East 27th Street New York.

“the unusual attraction adjacent to it”= The Museum of Sex, 233 Fifth Avenue, New York.

I actually initially wasted some time on NY water towers before noticing that sign. Then I landed at #230 5th, hung a right into East 27th, saw the museum on the left, and then checked for hotel name at #7. Interesting looking hotel façade.
I’ll post another image soon.

the entrance to a building at a famous place (which is part of its name)
What's the name of the building?

Amazing, I got one of Hans's.
OK, this may be too difficult since photos were not permitted when I took this.
Where and in what building did I take this?
