What is the best noise tool?

Neatimage is the best tool I have used,
just finished a full review of the Pro version on

A slight Gaussian blur followed by a small USM on the original. May seem stupid but it works quite well.

I also tried neat image, but thre seems to be hardly a diffrence. And it takes ages.

I´m working on a general purpose Photoshop de-noise plug-in that is more powerful with user intervention. This, when published, will likely not be free as the above actions.

I´m up for a challenge though, if you want to preview what my beta plug-in can do, post a crop from a noisy original, and I´ll repost the results.

I'll second that. I just downloaded the demo. I feel that this program even with my short time playing with it blows Quantum Mechanic and Qimage off the map.
