Wedding Photo B&W - Please C&C

All the images are slightly fuzzy, and in most of them dark hair melts into the dark background (which may be my monitor, of course). Composition is sound -- not too centered, not too much empty frame space.

Fuzziness is probably a combination of ISO 1000 and not having nailed the focus perfectly. Under poor lighting and my relative distance to the subject, I would have had to use much higher ISO and/or slower shutter speed to show more detail. Do you think that would have been better? When you say not too center and not much empty space, do you mean to say that it is good in this situation, or not ideal?

Thank you very much for the critiques. Very much appreciated...and needed.

I don't see the hair problem here...er, I can see the hair against the dark background perfectly well, so that may well be a calibration issue.

A couple of the images may be a little soft, but not disastrously so (except the one with the obvious DOF issue).

Me likee! Well done.

If you plan on having B&W photos as the end product, I wouldn't hesitate to use even ISO2500 on the M9. A little noise makes B&W photos look classy.

I also had difficulty distinguishing between the bride's hair and the background. That might also be a calibration issue.

Well done!
