Hi,

i didn't played with my Takumar 35mm/4 since i got it last month, i took some shots of my 7 years old girl because she don't mind when i photograph her ;)

Sorry it's a kid shot .

I was surprised how good it is even at f/4 for such an old lens and did some high contrast photos and didn't find too much CA either !!!

K20D, Takumar 35mm/4, 1/40 sec. at f/4, ISO 500, handheld with SR.

Lovely daughter...

Nice shot youve got there and nice bokeh...

Thank you for posting...

Congratulations with this lens, Leopold! It should be one of the first retrofocus wide-angle primes from Japan/ It's not tack sharp but it definitely delivers pleasing images.

(I wish my daughter was that willing to pose ;))

Salut Steeve

Bon travail!

Cordialement
Léo ;-)

Forgot to say : pre-puberty children are often so very natural !

(As a parent, you might think otherwise... if puberty is coming on :-) Anyway, enjoy every stage they go through (if you can ;-)) My children are past that age, frankly not children any more, so all troubles forgotten ! ;-)
