Don't get me wrong, I love the camera a lot. But in the past years I made relatively huge investments into Oly gear, I was probably the 1st one in my country, who bought E-1 for the original introductory high price, followed with many lenses and accessories, E-3, E-5, XZ-1, PEN E-P2/3 ... Currently I have too many cameras to be able to use them to their full extent (recently I bought Leica M4, still having my old manual Nikons:-).

I might try to sell E-P3 with loss and jump to E-M5, but I have hardly used it along my E-1, E-5 and XZ-1. So my current state of my mind is that I like E-M5 and want it badly, but that I will try to resist and to learn to use my current gear :-D

What do you think?-D

Enjoy the gear you have!

I've had to sell most of my gear for economic reasons, and the only camera I have is the XZ-1 and a good tripod. I don't begrudge you with your gear, all I say is that for many hear any one of the cameras you mentioned would be a blessing just as my XZ-1 would be to somebody else, so enjoy your gear and if your able to aquire the new OM-D, enjoy that too!
Good fortune to all!

Or maybe just succumb to your camera addiction and order it :-)

What you need is a woman who tells you what you can have, and when you can have it.

Looking at the last ten years with Sandra, I always got what I actually needed.

It's probably best to wait for all the reviews and firmware updates etc. The first models sometimes have a few shortcomings. But long term, I think Olympus is going in the right direction as long as they continue to try to make improvements.

If your Sandra is as beautiful inside as gorgeous she looks from outside (your gallery espionage:-), you are lucky guy and I more than believe you, that you have got what you needed :-D.

My Petra is too good to me ... very little regulations from her side ... I have to take care for myself personally. Friend of mine plans to buy OM-D, so I can borrow it for a while :-)

Nice sunny weekend to everybody!

Nothing.

Buy it:

When it comes,

hold it in your hands,

you'll know,

it was worth it !

Love Vjim ;)

It's a guy thing ! ;)

Convince yourself that that 12-50mm 3.5-6.3 is just way too slow of a lens. That's what I'm trying to do, and its not working...
