perhaps look up the definition of "sour grapes."
I don't think it means what you think it means.

Specs are a major disappointment.
especially on the video end.

Nice to see another recycled sensor (buffed overuse of noise reduction, I'm sure)
And of course, the biggest thing... no support for 4/3 lenses.

Typical Oly release... incremental improvements with a concentration on art filters.

Anyways... it's essentially less than what Panasonic m4/3 cameras have been doing for at least a year... minus those fancy art filters (something photoshop has been doing for 10)

Like i said. It's probably not for you.
There are other choices.

Must be the epoch making stuff ;-)

The faster than F1 Leica Noctilux lenses are incredibly expensive.

This Voigtländer that is announced for MicroFT as a SUPER fast standard lens (35mm equivalent FL) is far from cheap either, but still only 1/4 of the price.

Knowing how much I love using my PL25mmF1.4 and how much I am developing towards more wide angle, this looks like a tempting lens for me. I can already imagine it on an Olympus E-M5...

lots of specs still missing: white balance options, aspect ratios,Flash X-sync speed, B&W toning options etc
Probably still 1/250 - this is in there:

Synchronization speed 1/250sec. or less* (using the bundled flash) * It depends on flash models or flash mode

Haven't really been following this thing, so forgive me it seems to be a dumb question, but is this camera wheater-sealed?

I was planning on getting a Pentax K-5 to use some old lenses of my dad (5 actually) and have a good all-weather camera. The E-5 is not on my wish list as I already have the E-600 which keeps me happy enough. That, added to the uncertain future of the E-system, kind of kills the E-5 for me.

Dammit, man! Don't introduce common sense into things. Don't you realize that the norm on 1022 is to determine how bad a camera is based on rumors and the spec sheet, since actually taking photos with it is secondary to owning a camera that viscerally makes one feel superior to CaNikon users?

Seriously, the usual suspects who have, for the few years I've been on this forum, complained about every new Olympus camera: isn't it time you just moved on?

Some people operate cameras. Others use them to create images. There is a difference.

I get the feeling they are working on another release more suited to the 4/3 world. I doubt if this has the "epoch making" viewfinder that has been talked about. This is meant to appeal to folks holding on to 620's and such who don't want larger cameras (and who might not have a huge amount of 4/3 lenses). And it also provides an "upgrade path" for people who have bought smaller cameras and now want something more substantial to try with their lenses.
