Mindstor 10GB Freezes after firmware upgrade

I upgraded the firmware in my Mindstor to the latest version, 2.4. Now everytime I insert a media card (CF or Microdrive), the device locks up.

Anyone seen this happen?

I have a 5GB model with 2.4 firmware... It seems to work fine. Does this happen whenever you try to put in media? What if you insert the media, and then power on the unit?

If I insert the media and then power up, the unit locks up on the logo.

Mindstor is issuing an RMA. Hopefully they can resolve this.
