Very nice pictures, thanks for sharing.

You didn't have a tripod but also didn't fear to crank ISO, results speak for themselves.

Regards

Obrigado Senor Abreu,

i need to lean to a pale or wall and the high iso shots of all the other photographers
encourage me to try it.

On the other hand, this camera is easy to hold steady with OVF, no Mirror shaking and a good balanced weight.

Fantastic! You have a keen eye for composition. I think the one with the boat on the beach is the best one. The shadow on the sand together with the clouds in the sky frame the boat really nice. Wonderful.

The other day someone asked for comments on photos with the X100 of "him and his partner at Disneyworld"...the photos were terrible and I said so. Geez...people were so mad. You would have thought that I said same sex marriage was wrong.

Your photos are absolutely beautiful. Some of the best I have ever seen. I didn't think it was just me. The X100 in the right hands works wonders.

I noticed you set the EV as much as -2.0 on your night shots. Is there a reason not to leave it at zero? I'd think you'd want to bring as much light in, but I don't do a lot of night shooting. Does it make the colors more natural? The few high ISO night shots I've taken, the sky has this rich but weird blue, and there are lots of yellows in the scene. It's pretty, but not too realistic.

Any tips??

I need to underexposure, because i want this night-look, but i must say i just started with nightshots and try to learn by trial and error.
