It's only my 4th attempt, but I think it's my best so far...

As you can see, it was a desperate attempt to rescue a photo that's less than ideal!

I really want to thank whoever started posting this technique here, and all the others who've contributed -- it's been a lot of fun!

I like this one because the bottom of the picture looks like a photograph and the top of the picture looks like a watercolor. It's subtle.

Hi ! here's my participation with a "slight" Hayes Island Effect... ther are soooo many subtle ways to do it, it' almost impossible to decide wich is the best...
