D5100 & D40X Panoramic ! (Vancouver shots)

Those are shots taken by D40x? How did you get so silky water? It's amazing. Did you use any additional (physical) filters? are these what they call "HDR" shots? Amazing. I have D40 and kit lenses... Getting 35mm F1.8 soon hopefully.

Hi Burninh2o, @ first, thanks for your nice comment.

Some shots were taken with medium format film, number 1-3-6-9-10 are taken with the D40X (about 60-200MP big in reality, depending on the number of frames)

For the silky water, you will need to shoot on a tripod, using the lowest iso setting of your camera, and put the F stop to F18, or ad an ND filter (good quality ND) to cut at least 6 stops if the sun is bright. ;)
 
WOW. You have an absolutly stunning skill for panormaic/landscape work. Im in love with all of these photos. Im no expert in this field...but I cant find a single thing bad about any of them. Would love to see more soon!
