Panasonic G3 + 100-300mm











 
Beautiful pictures! I love the way the light off the snow seems to make the colours stand out more, and all the details sharper - even though I know it's the lens doing it!

Worry about the image that comes out of the box, rather than the box itself.
 
Those shots are amazing!
And at 300mm to. Nobody can tell me anything bad about G3 after these pics. :)

These are excellent by any systems standards. No reason they shouldn't be. 16MP in a small sensor should mean excellent detail and it looks like the lens is up to the task.

Now when we can get barn swallows in flight this good, I'll be over the moon
