Who cares what they call it? The Leica M9 is $7000 and doesn't even have AF...How can they call it a "pro" camera when it has slow autofocus?
You are confused. Not only the Leica is a FF system, which still has huge advantages even with an old poor sensor, the Leica have proper manual focus.Who cares what they call it? The Leica M9 is $7000 and doesn't even have AF...How can they call it a "pro" camera when it has slow autofocus?

...as they'd be in their 50-60 or older = good side that this usuallyThey must be counting on folks who have been doing the manual focus thing in the 80s....

I think I can trust a Fuji rep, seeing as how they have no vested interest in whether or not I purchase the camera...oh wait...http://vimeo.com/34890330
Got to the 4 min 30 sec mark
"Much faster AF" compared to X100
"The point AF is absolutely super fast" I assume she means center point.
"CDAF has been severely upgraded"
This is the Fuji rep speaking.

Yes, but right now that is all we have until it gets tested. If you have some better information please post it.I think I can trust a Fuji rep, seeing as how they have no vested interest in whether or not I purchase the camera...oh wait...http://vimeo.com/34890330

Your sarcastic remarks have no validity. So you're saying not to rely on one fuji rep, but do indeed rely on another one?I think I can trust a Fuji rep, seeing as how they have no vested interest in whether or not I purchase the camera...oh wait...
too sad! With the X Pro 1 there is no option for good focus, auto or manual.
You just don't get it. The M9 is full-frame and a true range-finder camera. This makes it unique in this day and age of fancy point and shoots with interchangeable lenses.Who cares what they call it?
