Has anyone seen any slide scans from this unit? I'm thinking of picking up one of these to scan some old (pre D60) slides, mainly for web output. Any links out there to some scans?

All I can say about this scanner, buy it. Great scanner for the money real high quailty. I just bought one last week and I am very impressed with it. I was a scanner operator for years in printing and I tell you , I really am amazed at how fast and the quailty not to mention how good the color is with little effort.OK, I'll wade in here and say something!
I've had this scanner for a few months now, and am very pleased
with the results of negatives scanned on it. (Sorry, can't comment
on slides, but I don't see why they wouldn't be as good as the
negs.)

Just a couple here. I find that the 2400 scans from slides are better than from negs. - http://www.imageevent.com/mufi/londonI whisper if it's possible to see some samples of 35mm films or
slides scanned with the Epson Perfection 2400.
Thanks,
X4vier
