One of the many other hobbies that I have enjoyed through the years has been Metal Detecting. There are many websites with forums dedicated to the hobby. Within those websites, each manufacturer has their own forum, and many of the manufacturers have a specific forum for a model of detector. It is inevitable that in the midst of good conversation within a forum, an "outsider" will interject why the model or brand that you use is a worthless piece of junk, and if you had half a brain, you would immediately sell your detector and use "the annointed" brand.

Things dont seem to be much different here. Here's to just using what you have and enjoying it! :)
 
The old saying of "The best camera is the one you have with you" will always apply, even if you are a serious photographer with a Point and Shoot.
