Yellowstone River - Lower Falls

The composition is lovely but it seems over saturated, especially in the yellow tones on the rocks and the magenta in the sky.

Nice shot!

There does seem to be a yellow cast to everything, note especially the clouds. Could also benefit from a slight crop off the sky, so the ridge line on the right intersects the upper corner. That helps to de-emphasize the sky and direct attention to the falls.

Hi Phil

Been there myself, fantastic location. You have a great composition here and personally I think there is the right amount of sky - but your colors are way off. Maybe the HDR process did something weird but I have never seen colors like this out of an Olympus. Much too yellow.

it's a nice composition of a beautiful subject but the color is awful. If you have

Elements, go to the auto color correction location and see what that does for it.

He should be able to take down the saturation in just the yellows in a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer. That should improve the sky also.
