First one is excellent, great composition! and the third one could have been a very good shot if not because horizon alway expects to be leveled horizontally.

work it depends on the overal composition ...i dont no if it was done intentionaly or not but it work for me in this shot.
you can find many examples in art galleries where a tilted horizon was part of making the shot different/artistic or what ever name you wanna give it.
artistic freedom comes to mind ....dare to be different dont hesitate to break standard used rules ..........then you just will be apart of the mass.
recently a shot was sold for about 4 milljon ..it only contained a... a few lines.
