Good idea, but it seems to me that they are better specialists in this field.
One way or another.
From the hand it is practically impossible to execute such images when using a short lens such as 20, 30mm.
Very useful is stable tripod and macro focusing rail slider, like f.e this:

I bought the same as in the given link and are not bad. Of course there are better more accurate models.
The only possibility to do a sharp picture is move camera back and forth in order to obtain proper focus.
