FZ150 Canon 500D Close Up Lens SOOC..no PP...

Bye the way the images really helped me.

Also looking at your nice set up gave me a thought.
If I affixed the head of an old tripod to a monopod;
then angled my camera up or down;
used my wireless remote/intervalometer;
made use of the articulating screen;
I think I could get a lot closer to some subjects, such as butterflies.

I had missed your post before. Your 250D does look very sharp. Of course you have a darn nice camera and lens there to begin with.

I am beginning to see how a 250D would expand the possibilities, I may have to try both the 500D and 250D. The prices are reasonable and aftermarket would recover half of the cost of either I decide to not keep. In fact the 250D would be better for cataloging butterfly specimens, more convenient than the 500D but more prone to going out of focus. Worth a shot at $75 a piece at Adorama. Thanks for sharing the images Luc de Schepper.

Looks ok to me, nice colourful set.

These Canon close-up lenses are high quality. I have a 250D close-up lens, very sharp.
