Anything related to reflections (and even refractions). Reflections are all around us and here are a few suggestion of many that are possible;
  • Reflections in the mirror.
  • Reflections in Chrome or other metallic surfaces such as your bumper, your jewelry or even your cooking pot, etc.
  • Reflections in or through windows, prisms or other glass.
  • Reflections from water.
  • Reflections of life or time.
The theme's interpretation is intended to be extremely open and up to you. It is about enjoying taking pictures, and thinking about what goes on around you and reflects back to you! Shoot for this transportation theme and Have Fun!

Entry Period and Challenge Shooting Period for Competition Gallery starts TODAY! It will be ending on October 18, 2011 at 4 AM UTC/GMT Time (this gives you two weekends!)

Competition Gallery: For images taken by you with any Olympus camera equipment during the challenge period and posted during the entry period up to your quota of 3 in that gallery.

Exhibition Gallery: You don't just have to shoot with an Olympus Camera to participate here as this gallery is for images taken by you at any time and with any camera, and posted during the entry period up to your quota of 3 in that gallery.

The Password to post image for Entries to the Challenge Galleries is "blueplay" (without the quotation marks)

If anyone has any questions about the challenge feel free to post them here and one of the knowledgeable volunteers here with experience of past challenges should be able to answer, if I don't.

If you are really stumped (like I was) just ask and someone will be happy to assist!

In between the Hour Glass
and the lens of a secondhand camera
a dog barks orders to troops
lining a battlefield
of posies and poppy,

the diecast setting of a model
standing aloft, aloof
the rain pelting an icy tin roof
suggests the shutterspeed needs to be fast
to capture the enemy.

All images posted so far are very interesting and quite good too. They are well worth taking a look to see.

Could you please move my image Flower in a Pool of Low Light to the Exhibition Gallery as I have other better images to load to Challenge. Thank you.
